Bring past stays into your travel history

Import from Airbnb into Mapsake.

Use the archive Airbnb already provides to recover destinations and dates from previous stays, then connect them with the rest of your travels.

Before you import

Keep the original and inspect the preview.

Treat the Airbnb export as your source copy until you have checked the result. Mapsake reads supported records without changing the source service, then lets you decide which discovered places belong in your atlas.

Check place and date coverage

Compare several familiar trips with the preview. A source may omit coordinates, dates, deleted trips, private records, or fields that its current export format does not include.

Resolve duplicates before saving

If a place already exists from Photos or another import, review how Mapsake will merge supported evidence instead of assuming every source is a new visit.

Fill gaps without guessing

Add missing places manually or use another supported source. Mapsake does not invent a destination when the export lacks enough information to identify it.

Guide reviewed . Export menus and file formats can change; if the source steps differ, check Airbnb's current account or privacy settings before continuing.

Step by step

  1. 1

In Airbnb, open Account, then Privacy and Sharing.

  2. 2

Choose Request your data and submit the request.

  3. 3

When Airbnb emails the archive, download the ZIP and save it to Files. Delivery can take a day or two.

  4. 4

In Mapsake, open Record, choose Import, select the ZIP, and review the supported stays.

Keep building after the import.

Add dates and notes, fill gaps from Photos, explore passport statistics, and export a backup whenever you want.
